As part of its ongoing commitment to developing leadership capabilities and fostering a culture of innovation, Agrinusa recently conducted a two-day Design Thinking for Business Improvement Training for its leaders. The program was facilitated by Mr. Andy Iskandar, an experienced trainer and consultant specializing in innovation, business transformation, and organizational development. 

The training aimed to equip participants with the Design Thinking methodology, a human-centered approach that encourages organizations to better understand challenges, identify user needs, and develop innovative solutions that create meaningful business value.
